Everyone needs to read/understand the following rules. If you have any questions, please talk to Z.
All rules and policies are subject to change without prior notice. Should changes occur, the membership shall be notified as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the members to keep up and comply with any changes.
Guild membership is a privilege and not a right. The following rules have been established so everyone understands expected behavior and what behaviors will not be tolerated.
Treat Everyone with Respect
Help Out Your Fellow Guild Members
Enjoy yourself, your friends, your guild mates, and the game.
We are not a hardcore raiding guild. A number of our raiders have families and/or other outside game commitments. Our raiding philosophy, however, requires the players that make commitments in-game follow through with those commitments.
By signing up for a raid you are agreeing to the following:
Sign Up, Show Up
Be Prepared
Vent Rules
Raid group assignments will be determined collectively by the guild officers. Criteria used to determine raid groups will include, but is not limited to:
THE FOLLOWING LOOT RULES WILL BE USED IN ALL RAIDSĀ : Loot Drama - keep loot drama out of vent, raid, and guild chat. If an item was given to someone who you feel it should not have been, whisper the raid leader or a guild officer and calmly explain why. We all make mistakes and items can be traded for up to two hours after assignment.
+1 Mainspec - the role that you come in on unless agreed to ahead of raid and everyone is informed at beginning of raid (the raid leader will consult with those that would be affected)
Tier tokens - are included in the +1 mainspec, but will be rolled on at the end of the raid
+1 Offspec - separate from mainspec
Armor Type Preference - those that wear that type of armor primarily/only get preference
Class Preference - weapons, trinkets, etc. geared to a certain class(es) will get preference
Raid Role Preference - healers get first choice on spirit gear, dps gets first choice on hit gear
BOEs Main Spec, Must Equip - if not taken for main spec, will go to guild bank
Maelstrom Crystals - will go to the guild bank
Skins - all skins from raids will go to the guild bank, as long as there is a guild skinner in the group
If you need an item, roll on it even if you are +1. If no one else rolls for it or are all +1, then you can still win the roll.
Don't Be a Loot Hog - help your fellow guildies by passing loot to them if it will benefit them more than you (i.e., would be a lateral "upgrade" for you, but a significant upgrade for them).
